there are quite a few. depends on what kind of custom shop you mean?

performance customization there are a few good ones, but nothing great compared to USA.

custom audio i am yet to see anything above average here, most bordering on quite bad, especially the pre sales and customer service. though they do get more "friendly" when you wave loads of cash in their face

Well for custom classic carz is really har to find in the uae. But i do custom paint jobs and pinstripping.
