I guess the credit crunch takes it toll everywhere. Recently shown CS will never the daylight it seems as BMW announces it is canceling the production.
I wonder if other cars like the Porsche Panamera or Lambo Estoque will also end up in similar fate?
Let's hope not!

BMW Concept CS Cancelled
Sad news today for all of those anticipating the production version of the sexy BMW CS Concept. It won't be coming to the marketplace.
The concept from BMW which first was revealed at the Shanghai Auto Show in 2007 has now been canceled due to the current economic climate. This new slick four door coupe from BMW could have been a competitor to cars like the Porsche Panamera, Aston Martin Rapide , and the Lamoborghini Estoque Concept. It would have been one of the few luxury sport vehicles to enter this market and now the rest of these cars will be left to duke it out to see who's best.
"We have decided that there will not be a series model of the Concept CS," said Norbert Reithofer, BMW AG chairman of the board of management. The BMW CS Concept does not "match our ambitious profitability targets" said Mr Reithofer.
Will the CS ever make it back to the drawing board? Not in these economic conditions.
