Dealer auction

I bougth 3 cars at auto auction. When my shipping company took my cars, one car wasn't found. I called to auction and asked about it. Worker said that he doesn't know....and after 3 hour - "sorry, your car was picked up by XXX Company 3 week (!!!) ago. We will return your car after 4 days..."
I had to send my cars to the ship today!!!
How can I punish that auction?

Where did this auction take place?
There are rules and regulations that auctioneers need to follow, which are normally governed by the Department of Economic Affairs or City Municipality.
