Autodealer provides its service to you subject to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"), which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. In addition, when using particular Autodealer owned or operated services, you and Autodealer shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services, which may be posted from time to time.

Autodealer provides users with access to a rich collection of resources, including various communications tools, forums, shopping services, search services, personalized content and branded programming through its network of properties which may be accessed through any various medium or device now known or hereafter developed (the "Service"). You also understand and agree that the Service may include advertisements and that these advertisements are necessary for Autodealer to provide the Service. You also understand and agree that the Service may include certain communications from Autodealer, such as service announcements, administrative messages and the Autodealer Newsletter, and that these communications are considered part of Autodealer membership and you will not be able to opt out of receiving them. You understand and agree that the Service is provided "AS-IS" and that Autodealer assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings. You are responsible for those fees, including those fees associated with the display or delivery of advertisements. In addition, you must provide and are responsible for all equipment necessary to access the Service.

• Content refers to any pages, postings, messages, text, files, images, videos or any other material found on the Service.
• Content posted, transmitted through or linked to the Service is the responsibility of those from whom the information originated.
• The Service is not responsible for posted content.
• The Service is not liable for any damages or losses incurred from content made available through the Service.
• The Service reserves the right to refuse, move or delete any content posted on the Service.

CONDUCT

You agree to not post, email, or make available through the Service the following content:

• Unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, libelous, invasive or any information harmful to minors
• Pornographic or any kind of nudity, sexually explicit or perverse content
• Racist or discriminatory content towards any race, religion, creed, nationality, gender or any other grouping of individuals
• Content of political nature and/or content that is critical of any government or municipal employee of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and/or any of the Emirates of the UAE
• Includes identifying information about another person without permission
• That is false or deceptive
• That impersonates another person
• That infringes on any patent, copyright or intellectual property rights
• That can be classified as: spam, junk mail, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any unsolicited commercial advertisement
• Solicitation not in the designated area or emailed to a user of the Service who did not wish to be contacted
• Includes links to other websites
• That advertises the sale of anything illegal under the laws of the UAE
• That contains software viruses
• That disrupts the normal flow with an excessive number of messages
• That uses misleading contact details to disguise the origin

You also agree not to:

• Post irrelevant content
• Post the same service in several categories of forums
• Contact people who do not wish to be contacted
• Stalk or harass other users of the Service
• Collect personal information about users for commercial or unlawful purposes
• Use automated means to download data about users unless with expressed written permission from the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our server and systems

Registration Data and certain other information about you is subject to our Privacy Policy as follows:

• Autodealer collects personal information when you register with Autodealer, when you use Autodealer products or services, when you visit Autodealer pages or the pages of certain Autodealer partners, and when you enter promotions or sweepstakes. Autodealer may combine information about you that we have with information we obtain from business partners or other companies.
• When you register we ask for information such as your name, email address, birth date, gender, zip code, occupation, industry, and personal interests. For some financial products and services we may also ask for your address, Social Security number, and information about your assets. Once you register with Autodealer and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us.
• Autodealer collects information about your transactions with us and with some of our business partners, including information about your use of financial products and services that we offer.

You agree to indemnify and hold Autodealer and its owners, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, partners and licensors harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post, transmit or otherwise make available through the Service, your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of the TOS, or your violation of any rights of another.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service.

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT:

1. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. AUTODEALER AND ITS OWNERS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS AND LICENSORS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
2. AUTODEALER AND ITS OWNERS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS AND LICENSORS MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT (i) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS; (ii) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE; (iii) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE; (iv) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS; AND (v) ANY ERRORS IN THE SOFTWARE WILL BE CORRECTED.
3. ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICE IS ACCESSED AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK, AND YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF ANY SUCH MATERIAL.
4. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM AUTODEALER OR THROUGH OR FROM THE SERVICE SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THE TOS.
5. e. A SMALL PERCENTAGE OF USERS MAY EXPERIENCE EPILEPTIC SEIZURES WHEN EXPOSED TO CERTAIN LIGHT PATTERNS OR BACKGROUNDS ON A COMPUTER SCREEN OR WHILE USING THE SERVICE. CERTAIN CONDITIONS MAY INDUCE PREVIOUSLY UNDETECTED EPILEPTIC SYMPTOMS EVEN IN USERS WHO HAVE NO HISTORY OF PRIOR SEIZURES OR EPILEPSY. IF YOU, OR ANYONE IN YOUR FAMILY, HAVE AN EPILEPTIC CONDITION, CONSULT YOUR PHYSICIAN PRIOR TO USING THE SERVICE. IMMEDIATELY DISCONTINUE USE OF THE SERVICE AND CONSULT YOUR PHYSICIAN IF YOU EXPERIENCE ANY OF THE FOLLOWING SYMPTOMS WHILE USING THE SERVICE: DIZZINESS, ALTERED VISION, EYE OR MUSCLE TWITCHES, LOSS OF AWARENESS, DISORIENTATION, ANY INVOLUNTARY MOVEMENT, OR CONVULSIONS.

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT AUTODEALER AND ITS OWNERS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF AUTODEALER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM: (i) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (ii) THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS, DATA, INFORMATION OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH OR FROM THE SERVICE; (iii) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA; (iv) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (v) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE.
