Just to get the facts right, the H3 is a lot cheaper than the H2.

So, for 120k, the H3 atleast has the looks. Liberty also give a 4-5 year warranty so that aint bad either.

But, agree on the poor quality as everyone who's had an H3 has complained about things constantly breaking up.

poot rustproofing of the chassis, axles and underbody also.... ive seen 2 year old hummers wearing off like a 8year old car..

The thing I like about the H2 is the commanding view and luxury of the cabin, 8-way power seats which makes you instantly forget the flaws. I would consider buying it anyway!

I would rather buy a more reliable Hummer, can also be called the Hummer wannabe, the very retro FJ Cruiser which, as confirmed by Al-Futtaim, will be here by next year. I'd certainly buy one as I have read in most reviews that it is a blast off-road. Ive seen them on the roads here but they are certainly imported. I'd rather wait for Al-Futtaim.



Looks nice to me. Paintjob pays a homage to the original FJ, which my dad had as a company car back in my home country .

It's really funny all these people hating Hummer, are they jealous or just don't know about what they're talking ???

I bought a H3 in mid 2006 and was a bit sceptic because of all the stuff i read about it, but i can tell you it's a strong and reliable car, i would never regret my choice !!! !!!!

1. I NEVER had any problem with the truck...
2. It's powerful enough for sandbashing and climbing ANY rock...
3. I drive something like 500 kms with a full tank...
4. Who said it's not reliable ? the H3s manufactured after june 2006 don't suffer any trouble anymore, keep yourself a bit more updated guys!!!
Look at Dubai civil Defence, they've just adopted the H3 for their emergency intervention cars, there might be a reason, these guys know what they're talking about ...
5. Ok, i paid 156000aed for ALL options, but sincerly it's worthy and the Hummer maintenance doesn't cost that much, at all !!!
