CBR 600!

I would say CBR 600! Go with the RR version and you'll have a super racer bike.

The only problem is it is not very easy to find second hand CBRs in Dubai. Most owners dont sell these.

Your best bet to get good second hands are by private adverts here on autodealer.

Take the R6, perfect for beginners and pros alike!
Dont buy a brand new bike, because a beginner is destined to fall once or twice. Buy used, they will be much cheaper.
The problem with used bikes is that they are very rare here in the U.A.E so you have to be on the lookout.

If you could give me a reason for underseat exhaust? Style, maybe?
The 600RR is great for the street, that is, if you buy a 2005 model. It was redesigned in 2005 and if you want a CBR 600, buy a 2005+ or don't!
While the Yamaha, it is a combination of comfort, engine performance and rider-friendliness.
Its upto you now!

yea the reason for the underseat exhaust is cuz of d looks...but if u say yamaha is an overall better package, i think i wud go wid yamaha.

lets see if i get a yamaha R6 or a cbr 600 rr 2005+ model in under 12k...the cbr seems impossible for that price so i guess ill hav to opt for a R6.

Under 12k! I have to tell you that you won't be able to find an R6 below 20k. Take my word for that. The R6 was introduced here in 2004 as a 2005 model, and some 2005 models go for as much as 33k.

Hey Varshik, I dont want to burst your bubble!!!Have you ever ridden a bike before here in the UAE or anywhere....

600RR is too much bike for a newbie....Browse around the internet and you will find the same answer...Start with something less forgiving before jumping onto a R6 or a 600rr.....

Here is a link called www.totalmotorcycle.com....Go there read the Newbies section and then decide....

cheers
