Is there any workshop around that would assemble a replicar? Anyone have any ideas on cost involved for a Ferrari replica on a Pontiac body in Dubai?

yes, I have built a 250 GTO Ferrari on a 280 Z Datson frame with a 383 stroker motor, 465 HP. It is beautefull, fast and a lot of fun, It is a show car, but I drive it a lot. E mail if you want to see pictures or if you have additional questions. STU

Yes! Post some pictures!
How long did it take? Did you build it yourself? How much did it end up costing?
Why the the old Datsun Frame?

Why the the old Datsun Frame?
I have been working on it for approx. 5 years, but it was running in one year. I started with a 327ci chevy motor but it wasn't near strong enough, so I put in a 383ci with 465hp. Strong motor with lots of internal modifications and speed equipment. Ver fast now.
I used the Datsun frame because it fit and was required for this paticular kit. (McBurnie/ ferrari 250 GTO- probebly the best kit available)
My local Ferrari dealer didn"t know it was a copy. Yes I did build most of it myself and invested about 50 thousand US dollars. Now, the paint job alone was 16,500$, plus 20 grand for the motor and transmission. It
adds up fast when one demands perfection. The fender scadera ferrari shields were $650 each at the local ferrari dealer. etc.etc.etc. ] Sorry, all my pictures are MB size and only 256KP can be downloaded into this site. STU

I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THE RULES ARE WHERE YOU LIVE, BUT HERE IN fLORIDA, USA, I REGESTERED MINE AS A DATSUN, WHICH IS WHAT THE FRAME IS. jUST DON'T TRY TO REGESTER IT AS A FERRARI, BECAUSE IT IS NOT A FERRARI, IT IS A DATSUN WITH A BODY KIT.STU
