I live in the UAE (Dubai) and really like to buy the 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe or MItsubishi Outlander .I am not sure about the resale value . performance, reliability and safety of these cars. because I keep receiving conflicting information on this topic .

There are Ramadan promotions going on for Ford (2010 model) and Nissan Xtrail(2010 model)

I am really new to this topic and confused.My budget is AED 70000-800000.Can anyone help to me on this topic?

Mitsubishi build quality is relatively poor among the cars in your list.

Nissan xtrail is the recommended by TOP GEAR... among the suvs ur specifying... honda CRV is also to look for.... check out the new sportage ;)
