so far ive seen some drop in used cars prices... Are buying a used or new BMW?
My advice to you whatever the BMW you are getting; get one with a service history from an owner who really took good care of it. Those cars are sensitive and many people get fooled, especially when buying imports which in some cases end up with lots of expensive repairs..

Most beamers sold here come with a 5 year service package, so try to get something less than 5 years if you are buying used. Then you don't have the surprises that WSF is talking about.

Both 335 and 330 are a lot of power for the body size. I love the 3-series, all of them are good. Regarding power...the sad thing about Dubai is that where are you going to enjoy the power?? With all the speed brakers (aka car-breakers), traffic and radars, I feel like I might as well get a Mitsubishi Lancer!! very frustrating!

Price falls..well, I was at AGMC a few days ago and they claim they have reduced the 3-series price by 30k.

BMW prices dropped well but still the problem is getting a bank loan... unless you can manage cash, then its a great bargain..

European car = nice driving & handling... You always get rewarded with proper handling, good brakes and stiff chassis when you get a European car especially a BMW.. Charger is big & heavy & i was shocked by the tiny size of their brake discs, most likely has infinite power & torque but handles like a cow..

Yeah, bank loans seem a pain. But if you have a job and a decent salary you might be able to get something. The rate will not be that good as banks are themselves giving people interest of 6-7% on fixed deposits, so they are not going to lend out without a certain markup.

You should call Ali & Sons in Abu Dhabi and see if they have a better deal. I doubt it, but you never know these days.

In my opinion, they should price the 325i at 140k max. Then it would sell!

Abu Dhabi's got the money, so I guess the gloom clouds haven't reached there yet ;)
