Price of New Pajero 2009? Is there any design change?

There isn't any design change.
Prices change pretty frequently here so you might want to pay the dealership a visit.

yeah, they just did a face-lift recently so don't expect major changes in 2009.

any feed back.. about the performace and fuel economy..

I own a 4th Gen 08 3.0, done 6000 KMs - Fairly good truck overall - I am satisfied - Value for money spent.

Performance is Fair overall
Fuel Economy umm not sure but gives me an average of
7KM to Litre in City traffic
9KM to Litre on Longer runs
. . .but by the Gulf standards and attitude towards petrol its ok
Alo I feel fair for a 3.0 V6
I know for sure
Pathfinder & Explorer 4.0 gives not more than 5.0 / Litre

Downsides:
Feels Light due due to vibrations when overtaken by heavier vehicle (virtually shakes when still)
BAD pickup for a V6 3.0
Dash is too plastic-ky
Power Steering not so soft (3.8 steering feels like Non-Power)
Trim takes hits / scratches badly even when hit softly by an opening door of a car next to you
Dealership service in Dubai is not up to the mark, expect delays and not very helpful
