Importing GTR34

I know its a bit too late to import a GTR34 and register it. But i have this question which i dont have the answer to. I hope anyone in this forum would have the knowledge ablut it.
My question is... If i buy a GTR34 in japan & convert it there itself (i know some garages there who are doing conversions) and then import the car into UAE as LHD an on import papers aswell mentioning it as LHD, would it be possible still to register it?
I do have wasta but i want to confirm before i go ahead with the purchase.
