Exporting a car from UAE to Bosnia

hello,
i am from Bosnia, that is in Europe but not in the European Union. I want to import a car from UAE, i have a sister living i Abu Dhabi. Can anybody explain how to export a car from UAE, how to buy it for export, what do i need of papers, how much cost are there before the transportation cost....
Please help me!
