Import 4x4 Motorhome

Hallo

I need your help. I want to import a new 4x4 Motrhome from EU.
The Mottorhome is about 6,0m long and the weight is 3.5 to.
It is a brandnew one,that means it isn't registered in the EU until now.
The idea is to drive with the Motorhome from Europe via Turkey and Iran to the UAE.
We want to use the car ferry From Iran to UAE.

My questions are:

Are there any restrictions for motorhomes?

What is the complete procedure to import the motorhome?

That's a first one!
I would suggest that you go pay the Traffic Police a visit and talk to someone about this. The rules are probably there, but am sure pretty vague and you will not get a proper answer until you talk to the source. You should atleast get a name of a person who you can go to in case it becomes a registration problem later on.

If its considered as a personal vehicle, then the rules should be the same as for any cars. If its considered a commercial vehicle, then I believe you can only register it on a company.

You might also want to check who will be insuring it, as without insurance you won't be able to register it.
