Looking for a bike!

Postby ibss on Thu Sep 17, 2009 1:03 am

I got my driving licence two weeks back and since then m looking for a gud bike which fits in my budget and is not hard to maintain.
I am not looking for 600-1000cc bikes as it would be too early for me to ride them but Kawasaki/Suzuki 400cc bikes should be fine. Or if you have any othr option, please mention.
My budget is only 5-6k, will I find anythg in this much?
I once read in your post tht these japanese bikes (400cc) are hard to maintain and also their parts are not easily avaliable. is it still the same situation?
And also if you could refer to sum places where I can find these bikes, would be helpful.

Looking for a reply - Ibrahim.

You can easily find a Suzuki Bandit 400cc/250cc for 6k or less. Go to Shj Industrial Area, loads of bike shops there all dealing in fresh imports.

They are pretty reliable, most of them sell parts and service the bike also.
