TJ..search on this site! There are loads of Z4s that have been advertised over the years..you'll get a great idea of the price!
Opinions on the Z4:
- if you're into BMW and roadsters, its a great drive and actually good value for money in my opinion.
- looks wise I'm not the greatest fan of it, and we should be expecting a new shape soon.
- its a small car..just a two seater, so keep that in mind. Also notice that driving a small car on UAEs roads against big SUVs and construction trailers aint that much fun, unless you have enough BHP under the hood.
If you're buying used, then spend 250 dhms get it checked up. These cars can have been abused by wannabe racers.

http://www.drivearabia.com/bmw/#z4
does the z4 have that many different engine options as listed on the site?
i thought it was a 2.5lt, 3.0lt and the 3.2lt M. i think you should be able to get
a 2004 model 3.0lt one for 100k AED.
its a good car, but like all small cars it will be almost blown out of the lane your driving in when passed by a landcruiser doing 180kmph!! so make sure your car can do a min of 200 kmph

im sry but im going to disagree with you Root
I think these cars are not good value for money - besides, from a users side i have heard some horror stories!!!
Maintinance on these cars is very high and resale not so good ...
T.J. - i suggest you call up the dealer and find out the cost of a new one. Then look on this site, or even ask the dealers if they have a used one for sale.

yes they are not good VFM. they are priced high and maintenance is high too.
they are not problem free as the japs and car will need few unscheduled visits to the dealer. they drive and handle great though.
or you could go for a honda s2000 if you want bulletproof reliability, but it comes only as convertible and 6spd gearbox. the coupe alternative would be a 350z

^ yup, i agree....
for that money there are alot of small cars / alternatives...
Pick up a copy of "Wheels" - costs 2AED from any petrol station.... they do a small review and say that the coupe would cost 140,000AED USED, with average to low kms...

I should've said good VFM for second hands. Would not buy a new one. I've not owned one, but have driven both the Z3 and Z4 and I like the handling and drive. Plus I have a bias for convertibles and beamers , and you can get a good BMW Z3/4 second hand for not too much money.

There was another thread just a while ago around the G35.
But in short, I dont think they have any left of the 2007 G35 Coupe at Arabian Automobiles. They have the sedans 4-doors that is for 133k. Albeit 2007 model as 2008 comes in a few months, but there is no difference between the two.
The G37 is coming in early 2008. It will be priced around 185k.
