Not everyone likes lambo doors. They aren't at all practical and only the expensive ones (4-5k) last long and have hinges to support dual movement.
And anyways, lambo doors don't suit lame cars like the Civic etc. It just shows bad taste. Unfortunately, most tuned lamers sport lambo doors.
As for me, I'd go for conventional doors always, unless I own a Lambo ofcourse.

Yes! Lambo doors are considered a safety hazard as most are not crash tested!
I believe the ones that come as standard and some of the better (more expensive) ones are however fine.
