From my chemistry classes, water and petrol will never mix into a homogenous solution. For the engine water is not combustible, or compressible, so it is probably more of a menace in the engine than anything else. Re: PETROL with WATER??well, come to think of it, the only way to use water is to have a hydrogen powered engine, which means somehow you need to split the H and O out of H2O.
Found a site: http://www.waterforpetrol.co.nz from some guy in New Zealand that has built such a kit! Either he's a genius or has been spending too much time with the sheep down there!
