Cell Phones in Dubai

I will be soon moving to Dubai from the US. Currently I have the following 3 cell phones all from Verizon in the US.

1. Motorola Q
2. Palm Treo 700 wx
3. Motorola Razor

Will I be able to get them activated in Dubai through a local cell phone company. I'm really used to my PDA phones to check my emails/internet via wireless sync. Will it be possible in Dubai?

If they are given to you by carriers, you'll have to get them unlocked first so that you can use them here.
