This is probably one of the funniest videos I've seen in a while. Looks rather authentic, but the surgeons in line smiling is kinda weird. Enjoy!

Joking aside, its hard to see how it went in...it was in his digestive track as it was taken out of it. Maybe it fell through while his mouth was open? Maybe a rival mechanic or an angry customer shoved the wrench up his mouth (more likely)?

Or maybe he watched too much Howard Stern or MTV Jackass and tried a trick that went wrong?
