Ferrari is putting up its first F12berlinetta for an auction on November 17, 2012, in Austin, Texas, as part of the Italian carmaker’s efforts to raise funds for the relief operations in the wake of the Hurricane Sandy superstorm. The Nov. 17 auction for the first F12berlinetta will start at 8:00 (Central Standard Time) during a special Ferrari event to commemorate the return of Formula 1 racing to North America. The auction will feature the very first customer F12berlinetta to be delivered in 2013. The F12berlinetta will bear autographs of current drivers of the Scuderia Ferrari Formula 1 team and will come with a special dedication plate. Aside from getting the F12berlinetta, the winning bidder will also be made to participate in an exclusive Ferrari Corso Pilota driving course.
