Eurocarblog recently posted up spy shots of an updated Audi Q5 out frolicking in the snow. Launched back in 2008 for the 2009 model year, the Q5 is slated for a mid-cycle refresh and these new photos give us some insight into what Audi has planned.
Up front, the mid-sized SUV will receive the same kind of stylized headlights as the current A4, along with a slightly tweaked grille. Audi covered the interior of this Q5 with loads of camouflage, likely to disguise significant upgrades. Under the hood we will find a wide range of engines, one of which could be Audi's new 3.0-liter biturbo V-6 diesel called the BiTDI. A February Rumors post highlighted this new diesel mill—follow the link here to check it out.
There's no specific date for the arrival of the updated Q5, but it's likely we will see it by the end of this year.
