Hi all.. I am new in Dubai..I just got a BMW 525i 2002 model, I want to pimp it.. First thing I want to change the colors, it is now dark blue color, I am thinking of making it dark and orange colors.. I need some suggestions guys on what to do to make it perfect looking.. also advises about the cost will be very very helpful and appreciated.. one more thing, is where to make these things :> tnx all
To change colour, you will need to first get a NOC from the Muroor (Traffic Police).
Where can one get this done? There are a bunch of places. There is the MTV-fame West Coast Customs that have a garage here if you are willing to pay the price.
Quartermile on SZR also do this - again a bit pricey.
P.S: Which Lada is your dream tide?

Yeah! I got it now. Saw some pics of the 'foiling'. Wonder what happens to the paint underneath once you un-foil? I guess you will need to re-foil with the original color.

From what I've heard, the paint underneath remains perfect. The whole purpose of foiling would be defeated if it damaged the original paint.

so, "foiling" the car will not damage it..it will cost 4000-5000 Dhs, the place in Al Ain, we should make a visit there
i m plannin 2 buy a lumina ss or a mustang n get the matte thing done on it but b4 tat i need a place where i can get a bodykit 4 it... i hav seen a place behind hyundai show SZR...they do all modifications need 2 check the price there which 1 do u guys think ill b a better buy?? lumina ss or mustang?? dependin on the performace n ride qaulity n satisfaction n looks
lumina ss got a great engine but a crappy 4-speed gearbox, so its not exactly the holden monaro they sell in australia, its been made into a cheaper car and sold here. better get the chevy csv or the mustang gt. do note new mustang is going to come out so prices of the current model will drop.
as for painting a car in dubai, check sara auto care, performance garage dubai, proshine all in the al quoz area, google and you might get their websites.
