THANKS A LOT!!!
Now I can finally show them to my friends. About its looks, what can i say. From the front, it looks like a Fortuner on steroids. Which is a good and a bad thing. From the side, it doesn't look good at all. Looks like some kind of Hyundai Santa Fe. The rear is slightly fine but the bulging tail section doesn't work for me. Looks like its got a bulb in the rear light surrounded by LED's, might look good in the dark. Interior looks great and I am assured that it will be high quality too. What are those knobs placed next to the gear for? 4 wheel drive mode setting? Or maybe a LSD or atleast a rear differential lock. Call me old, but I like the current gen Land Cruiser more in terms of looks. The current gen looks like a REAL SUV, it defines the shape of a 4x4 while this one looks more like a soccer-mom wagon. Although this one has a better interior which is available in black also and will be a blast off-road. What's happening to the Japanese, first they mess up the Pajero, and now the legendary King Of The Hill. This one will have a 5.0ltr V8 so it certainly will be more powerful. Give respect, get respect.
LANDCRUISERquite frankly it looks ugly both from the front and back.......however the interior looks just fine . But given a choice i would go in for the old shape anytime ....i just love the traditional shape of the landcruisers . I dont know if others also liked it
front looks pretty coolI agree on the side and back look, but the front looks pretty cool to me.
What I am wondering more is that howcome a 2008 prototype is found in Oman?
only place seen was OmanI did a bit of searching around and everyone points to the same spy shots in Oman.
I guess the test driver in Oman was uncareful to park the car in the parking of a 5-star hotel while he went for a lunch or a swim. Anyone know whats inside the hood? Anything to get excited about?
Your are right T.N.T. only in case of testing somewhere in Europe, say in Germany where there is no speed limit.
Aerodynamics of their cars, I believe, they test in special aerodynamic rooms where they can model any wind, temperature, humidity and so on conditions as well as see all details of the process precisely. I suspect they to do an intentional leak.
