BMW SERVICE (NOT AGMC)

I have had a horrible experience with Tony Edwards.
I have visited to only get my A/C repaired. After getting a quotation and negotiating, they have sent me a final bill which is 25% higher.
Furthermore, they have delayed the delivery of the car several times and given lame excuses.. They have only 1 service manager and it is impossible to get in touch with him as they are overloaded with work. I thought AGMC was bad, but this is worse....
My suggestions, dont waste your time with this dump.

next time try either x service center or das autoworks. both are bmw specialists and 'supposedly' pretty good

DON'T EVER USE DAS AUTOWORKS... THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY'RE DOING... I HAD A SIMPLE SENSOR CHANGE REQUIRED FOR MY CAR... THEY KEPT MY CAR FOR 3 MONTHS, NEVER RETURNED MY CALLS AND WHEN I ASKED FOR DETAILS ON THE PARTS NEEDED - THEY TOLD ME COME AND COLLECT YOUR CAR AND GO ELSEWHERE!!! THEY ARE TOTAL JOKERS AND HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL..... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Never use Das Autoworks, they are liars, cheats, they abuse customers and use threatening behavior when you tell them you are taking your car to another garage. The Belgian Jean Loupe De Reymaeker is the worst liar and cheat I have ever come across.

Don't even think of going to DAS AUTO WORKS, Mr Ayham Al Daqqa is a cheater and liar - he never return your calls and extremely bad attitude of both ayham and jean. They are good with words so even if u r victim don't believe them and take all the details! It's a worst garage and unprofessional people I met so far
