HI guys,, will my warranty on my civic be void if i replace the head unit ?

most probably yes!
Read the text carefully. Sometimes even not servicing the vehicle from the dealer voids the warranty (which to me is crazy!)

for honda i know if you do not do the 10k service with them, they will void the warranty.
as for changing the headunit, they might void the warrany for the electricals or something related to the headunit.
if your gearbox for example fails they cant void the warranty based on the headunit, but then again this being Dubai anything is possible

when you install the headunit ask the installer to not cut the wires, that way in case something goes wrong u can install the original headunit back and then take it to honda.
