The cheapest option is goto Fastrack servicing at a petrol pump, they should be able to tell you what the problem is.

Fast track is not the cheapest, but you can get it done fast. Got my brake pads changed there just a few weeks ago.
Wow..you got even the condenser changed? Normally its good enough to just get the gas filled in. Most probably you have a leak of some kind.
First thing I'd say is to check if you have a leak or not. This is easily done by filling up the gas and then after a few days check if the pressure is still the same or not. If not, then you have a leak which needs to be found. If its in the coil, you have a big job as the dashboard needs to be removed to get to it. If you're lucky the leak is in one of the pipes accessible from the engine.
Now when you say it works when you are moving..that is weird...its probably just the cold air coming from outside (and that'll change when it gets hotter). Is your vent open? Normally good to run the A/C on recycle mode where the same internal air is re-circulated.
Garages to take too..most places that have an AC technician will be able to look into it. For cheap work go to the 4 blocks of workshops in Al-Awir just off Al-Khail road. For a bit higher end and cost, you can go to the ones in Al-Quoz.
If its a dashboard remove/coil job then better to find someone who can do this professionally but this stuff will cost you atleast 2000 as its labor intensive.

I tried to refill the refrigerant from FastTrack and thats when thay said that the condenser was bad and it is giving high pressure while refilling...
Brought it back to the garage where I got the condenser changed and they could not find any leak on the pipes.. Now they are saying that it might be on the evaporator and I might need to changed it...

Check the compressor... I have the same problem, in traffic i get toasted but when i drive fast it works perfectly fine... I already filled gas & replaced a leaking pipe... These can be signs of an aging compressor but i think it can disassembled & fixed by a good a/c mechanic...

garage soureced out the new condenser..
there is a sticker saying it is fir CRV 2000..
It was okay for about 2 weeks after refilling..
then, the other day while on my way home from work..
the compressor stop engaging..
brought it to Fastrack yesterday and while they are
checking the pressure.. oil leaked out from the compressor..
so they said that it has to be changed...
is the condenser has something to do with this or something else..
or it is really time for the compressor to go...
thanks...

actually I already sold my CRV... but before that they changed the coil & clutch of the compressor and it worked for a month then again it stopped working... Compressor and Condenser was already changed before so I guess the whole AC system has to be changed to fix this problem... So I just decided to sell the car and bought a new one.....

Maybe you were not using the AC in the recycle internal air mode?

When an A/C stops cooling when the car is idle.. This means the compressor is reaching the end of its life...
