I'd hate to lose the weight I gained in gym. Ramadan isn't very good for bodybuilders :)

5'10", 85kg, 11-16%BF (depends on time of the year)

Well, body fat level is OK I guess, so I presume its all lean muscle.

Go to the gym 1.5 hours before Iftar and you'll be ok. Just need to keep off the fat accumulation, and you can burn a lot more fat with an empty stomach.

After ramadan, just load up on creatin and you'll be pumped up again. :)

Not really!

But generally try to stay fit! 6ft, 80 kg - BF don't know, but I just went down 10 kgs so I hope it was not all muscle!
