Well I'm just about to do that. I got a 5 yr guarantee for my tint. Last week I somehow managed to put a tiny but very obvious scratch to the front glass tint with the sharp edge of a tissue box
I called him and he said no problem, any scratches, just come in anytime and we'll put in a new one.

must be one of those fancy tissue box holders made of plastic or maybe even metal.
do note in case of an accident those things could cause serious injury to the people inside the car.
saw Massa's accident? spring hit him on the helmet, its on youtube.

back to topic:D

lol
It was a sharp edge of a standard tissue box guys, and I'd kept it all day on top of the dash -perhaps that did the damage - altho can't say for sure
its a tiny scratch, but i'm getting it fixed nonetheless. also if i ever have any damages in the next 5 yrs in any kind of an accident, i get the tint replaced for free apparently!! lol 8)

Way-way-way off-topic!!
