Banks selling recovered cars

Well, a few end up with Blue Bells Auction!
Others have special events, and they advertise in the papers - mainly done by banks. Many times they are returned to the dealer to sell off.
The bottom-line is that none of the good deals are available for the general public. It seems like any 'good catch' gets sold internally within the banking recovery internal network.
