I've read a lot about them lately. Still undergoing testing but if they make it, I guess the only drawback will be looks, which I hope will be fixed.

it doesnt seem safe to me ..unless they proof it, besides damage possibilites are more than the regular ones we see nowadays...
the only thing interesting is the flexibility inside the tyres which reduces the load on the vehicle's shock absorbers, which might comfort the passengers more than regular tyres..

similar to the concept used on runflats that dont depend on sidewalls...

doesn't look good on the audi.. and i don't think it would look good on any other car..

Well, I guess they'll have sidewalls when they'll be released so we don't really need to worry about looks.

Looks can be worked upon. No problemo.
This would be interesting in police chases. The spike strip might not work on these tyres
PS - Its TYRES, not TIRES. Please!
