anyone used Delta plus in ghusais?

anyone used Delta plus in ghusais? its a car accessories shop where my friend is determined to go and install some driving lights and those red seat covers and probably bunch of other unnecessary stuff.

how are the installers there? can they do the wiring and stuff carefully and properly? is arabic/hindi/urdu required to communicate with them?

anyone been there and seen their work? ive seen the place once when i was coming out of dubai grand hotel, there were some patrols and LCs getting some work done.
