Secret tunnel?

Anyone heard of this new tunnel between Downtown Dubai, Burj Khalifa area towards the exhibition halls at Trade Center? I hear there is a new tunnel that would save the nightmare around defence roundabout.

Oh, saw it in the paper as well. There are no signs but its open!
