Toyota Fortuner Suspension

guys,
any one knows if the suspension(specially the rear) of the Toyota Fortuner was changed or upgraded for the 2009 models, as there are alot of concerns regarding this issue that some are saying it can cause the vehicle to roll on un-even roads... any thoughts.....
