Is any of these cars available in the UAE? I believe right-hand-drive cars are forbidden, so the only option would be the Opel or a LHD Lotus.

Not that one would feel safe in either version between the trucks on Emirates Road, but it's a fascinating concept...

I saw a LHD Elise in Ajman once, the dealer imported it for personal use so I guess it will be possible to register them. They surely are very rare, though I'm sure a few exist.

I am yet to see one of these here! I guess the LHD reason explains that.
