Petrol Additives

Hi guys,

Often when I visit the fuel pump I notice these varieties of petrol additives. On closer look at the label it mentioned a number of benefits. In fact, some sounded too good to believe. They also come in various price ranges but offer a similar benefit.

My question: is it genuinely worth it? Do these really benefit?

If yes: what will be your advice to me. How often to use and what would be the preferred brand.

If they actually did benefit, car manufacturers would be actually providing them with their vehicles. Stay away from the additive crap and from those 'put this pill in ur fuel tank and gain better fuel mileage' hoax. Its all a lie.

I thought they cleaned up your motor

I have to admit using them every now and then...but have not really been able to see much difference. Psychologically it seems to work.
